TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Please note that our products and services may be used for legal purposes only!!! And we advice that you avaoid the use of CPU eating scripts (Eg. Rapidleech) so that our servers can last long enough to serve you, when we realize your script consumes more amount of server CPU power than usual we will inform you to do something about it, if it persists for more than one week and we realize you don't do anything about it, we reserve the right to suspend your account untill you decide to act. We DO NOT allow adult content or any illegal websites either, such as websites that promote violence, hacking, IRCD (irc servers), Pirated Software/Warez, IP Scanners, Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications, Mail Bombers/spam Scripts, SpamVertising, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites and Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme) Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), Prime Banks Programs, Lottery Sites, Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites Hacker focused sites/archives/programs Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content, Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com) and Mailer Pro. Also note that, you are responsible for keeping your PHP scripts and plugins up to date to prevent vulnerabilities, failure do do so will result in permanent termination of your cPanel account and your cPanel account disk space cannot be used to store files only!
2. Spammers are not welcomed, if you've decided to open an account just to spam people, please Powerstone is not for you, we DO NOT allow our clients to send out more than 100 emails in an hour, first offence is suspension for 1 month and the second is account termination, so please take note.
3. Hosting services should be renewed one month prior to expiration, however, Powerstone will send you a notification when the period is due. Our hosting services can be ordered for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 5 years and renewed as such. IMPORTANT: hosting accounts that expire will be deleted from the server 7 days after expiration if not renewed so please take note.
4. Every customer has the right to call for the refund of his or her money within a validity period of 14 days after payment if he or she is no longer interested in our service, beyond 14 days there is absolutely nothing we can do to help, and please take note that "THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER FOR DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION".Thanks.

DISCLAIMER:PTS Technologies or Powerstone cannot be held responsible for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Powerstone are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Powerstone are not directly owned or written by Powerstone!!!

SOFWARE PRODUCT

Powerstone software product support includes fixing any bugs you might come accross in our software, helping explain anything related to our product for ease of use, you can also request features to be added as an update, services such as installation or fixing of an issue related to your software host server is not covered by our support, however we can provide these for free if you are hosting the software with us, please note that we do not issue refund for software products, which is why we provide a demo version for each product for you to familiarize with before you pay for the download.
You do not need to pay for product updates, all software product payments are one time fee, future updates of the product are free to download from your account but you may have to pay for support if you need our support service after it expires, support can be renewed for a minimum of 6 months or a maximum of 1 year, however we still provide general bug fixes or security patches immediately if you report them to us, these are done for free.
